Denver weather: Big warm up coming next week
DENVER (KDVR) — The Denver weather forecast for the next week continues the trend of dry, snow-free weather with a good bit of sunshine. Temperatures will spike next week making it feel like spring, albeit breezy.
Denver weather tonight: Winds decrease

Metro Denver stays dry overnight Saturday with mostly clear skies. Lows fall into the mid-20s early Sunday morning. Snow in the mountains continues to wind down as rain showers in the eastern plains also end.
Denver weather tomorrow: Sunny and cool

Sunny skies will be the highlight of Sunday. Afternoon highs will be seasonal in the mid-40s, but it’ll feel like the 30s thanks to an occasionally breezy wind out of the west-southwest around 10-20 miles per hour. Some lingering snow showers will be found in the mountains.
Looking ahead: Feeling like spring for a few days
Next week, temperatures are expected to spike well above normal. Highs on Monday will top out near 50 degrees with continued sunshine. The metro area will make a serious run at 60 degrees Tuesday and Wednesday. It’ll also be quite breezy those days, plus Thursday.

Speaking of Thursday, there’s a chance the metro area may see some spotty rain or snow showers. The area will briefly cool back into the middle to upper 40s. At this time, confidence in accumulation is relatively low, though some areas may see some snow stick to the grass. Otherwise, December continues to look unseasonably mild and impressively snow-free through the middle of the month and possibly beyond.
