Key Accountability Areas

Responsible to ensure all products comply Mattel Quality and Safety Standard and customer expectations and production processes are meet ISO standard.
Product development testing, communicate the test result to related departement and CPI.
Testing product as per Mattel Quality and Safety Standard.
People development for staff and non staff
Coordinate development for colorant, paint with other departement and supplier.
Perform testing for product running at the production line.

Requirements

S1, majoring in Chemical with GPA > 3.00
Have experience in mechanical testing for Manufacturing industry
HE and PH testing experience – ICP and GCMS
ISO 17025 and chemical problems troubleshooting experience
Have knowledge in ASTM, EN 71
Have scheduling and budgeting skill
Good leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent interpersonal and able to communicate in English both oral and written in English
Willing to be located in Cikarang (Bekasi)
