Dakota Surgical Center Expands in Minot
MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) – Dakota Surgical Center was established nearly two years ago with a small team of three surgeons who were instrumental in starting the facility. Since then, the center has experienced significant expansion, now boasting eight surgeons practicing from its location in Minot.
In addition to the surgical center, McKenzie Health and the Bone and Joint Center also operate from the same space, creating a hub for comprehensive medical care in the area.
Dr. Aaron Albers, one of the original surgeons who helped launch the center, shared insights into the growth and impact of the facility. He noted that the center has treated thousands of patients since its opening.
“We’ve seen rapid growth over the past year and a half. It’s really exciting to see the community’s positive response—having another option in town has made a big difference,” said Albers.
