A free women’s gathering at the Innis Arden Clubhouse in Shoreline on January 15 will feature pelvic health specialist Dr. Darshana discussing menopause, bladder health, and pelvic tone. Doors open at 6:50 p.m., with a roundtable at 7 and the main talk and Q&A at 7:45 p.m., and attendees are encouraged to bring snacks and friends.

Peninsula College’s men’s basketball team fell 80–67 to Highline after a decisive second-half run, continuing a season-long pattern of late-game struggles. The Pirates, now 1–14, open North Region play on Wednesday at Shoreline, where the Dolphins will try to improve on their 6–7 record against a hungry Peninsula squad.
