Emphasizing Health and Safety

One of the central themes of Thrive Temecula is health education, particularly through the Mission Hands-Only CPR Workshops. These sessions are crucial for teaching residents how to respond in emergency situations, especially for those who may not have prior experience with first aid. The workshops are offered multiple times throughout the year, ensuring that more people can attend and benefit from the training.

Additionally, the Drug Awareness Workshop serves as an important platform for educating the community about the risks associated with substance use. This session is designed to raise awareness and promote informed decision-making, especially among younger audiences.

Encouraging Active Living and Learning

Beyond health-related topics, Thrive Temecula also includes educational opportunities such as the Homeschooling Informational Workshop. This event is tailored for parents and educators who are interested in exploring homeschooling options or seeking guidance on curriculum development and resources.

The Community Yoga Class provides a chance for residents to start their day with mindfulness and movement, promoting both physical and mental well-being. It’s a great way to connect with others while embracing a healthier lifestyle.

How to Participate

All workshops are free of charge, making them accessible to a wide range of residents. However, pre-registration is required to secure a spot, as spaces may be limited. Residents can find more information about each event and register online by visiting TemeculaCA.gov/Thrive.
