Milder start, but little warming thanks to clouds

TODAY: Cold, Stray PM Rain/Snow Shower. Hi 38. Winds VRB 0-5 mph.

TONIGHT: Cold, Cold Front Arrives. Lo 25. Winds N 5-15 mph.

MONDAY: Cold, Breezy, Clearing Late. Hi 32. Lo 14.

Thanks to a blanket of cloud cover we’ve managed to get off to a more pleasant morning in the mid 30s as opposed to the mid 20s on Saturday. It works both ways, and highs will climb only into the upper 30s Sunday. There will be a limited opportunity for some stray rain and snow showers in the afternoon and evening as an incoming clipper system from the west falls apart after moving into PA. A cold front will arrive in the middle of the night to bring back the chills to kick off the work week.

Expect highs to fluctuate between the low 30s and the 40s during the week thanks to several cold fronts, the second of which arrives Wednesday and the third of which arrives Saturday. We’ll have some opportunity for some stray rain and snow showers throughout but in general nothing super impactful is expected.
