He believes that the program goes beyond just academic instruction. “You’re going to know how to show up to work and act politely and act responsibly and respectfully and how to send an email and how to be prompt and proactive, how to present yourself in an interview, how to write your resume well to cater to your strengths,” said Michael.

This holistic approach ensures that students are not only equipped with knowledge but also with the soft skills necessary to succeed in their careers. Michael adds, “We are going to 100% do everything in our power to make sure that you can get to the next phase of your life.”
