The potential candidate will be responsible to follows Start-up and Shut down program and prepare Shut down item list. Prepares production daily report and condition monitoring program. Monitors progress of maintenance activity, preventive and predictive maintenance as schedule. Evaluates the performance of the ammonia and utility plant. Optimizes the plant operating condition of the ammonia and utility plant. Acting as Operation Supervisor for performing the ammonia and utility plant running well and safely, conducting Start-up, plant Shut down, and maintaining plant operation condition during normal operation. Obey all procedures and Standard Environmental Management System and Occupational Safety and Health.

Requirement:

• Male, max. 25 years old on January 1^st, 2015
• Bachelor degree from Chemical Engineering
• Able to speak English oral and written.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
• Able to operate chemical engineering software (Aspen, Hysis)
• Health excellent, no color blindness
• GPA min. 3.00 (standard max. 4)
